Rayno Window Film is a premium window film manufacturer and distributor looking for an Administrative Generalist to operate administrative and operational duties at our headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.

Rayno is looking for dedicated, full-time, immediate hire-ready candidates that work collaboratively together with our team.

The Employee’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • General office management
  • A/R and A/P management
  • COD payment tracking, collections, and payment reconciliation
  • Return roll handling and support
  • Approve, process, and keep an accurate record of claims from customers: shipping, warranty, payment, returns, and replacements
  • Warranty claim processing
  • Warranty card registration
  • Use phone calling systems, CRM systems, accounting, sales, and operations systems as requested by the Company
  • Receive and handle inbound calls – sales and administrative
  • Outbound calls for customer reconciliation
  • Hiring and firing personnel and performance review
  • Employee file updates
  • PR of the company for recruitment purposes
  • File claims finish claims and receive claim credit from vendors
  • Updates customer database with the most current information
  • Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
  • Office supply purchasing
  • Feedback on system improvements
  • Provides support for all other departments as needed
  • Follows guidelines, procedures, responsibilities, and policies

Rayno Window Film Inc is looking for a Full Time Customer Service / Admin to join our team of a rapidly growing brand in the window film industry. The role consists of order processing, customer service, warranty resolution, receptionist duties, and general office maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers
  • Taking and processing orders, credit cards, CODs, returns, and replacements
  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers for orders, customer service, warranty issues
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Sorting/organizing office mail
  • Check runs to the bank
  • Adheres to all department/facility policies
  • Keeping records, maintaining files, databases, and inventory
  • Generating reports
  • Schedules appointments and meetings
  • May assist other staff members with their duties as workload dictates

Job Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role encompasses expertise in managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok shops, as well as executing effective marketing strategies on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate creative content creation and graphic design skills with proficiency in web design platforms like Shopify, WordPress, and Wix.
Key Responsibilities:

Amazon and Social Media Shop Management:

  • Manage and optimize Amazon brand store and product pages, and Facebook, Instagram, TikTok shops.
  • Promote selling items by naturally incorporating them into compelling and authentic content.
  • Design and update shop layouts, adapting to emerging trends on various platforms.
  • Develop promotional social media campaigns that seamlessly integrate our products and services into content without being explicitly sales-oriented.
  • Coordinate with Amazon marketing efforts for a cohesive online presence.
Graphic Design and Content Creation:

  • Embrace new challenges with enthusiasm, bringing a positive approach to developing creative concepts for social media campaigns
  • Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and promotional assets for all platforms, maintaining a flexible mindset that welcomes fresh ideas.
  • Generate content for brand comic strip series, adapting to evolving storytelling techniques.

Web Design:

  • Utilize web design skills with a positive and open-minded perspective to enhance Shopify, WordPress, and Wix platforms.
  • Ensure a seamless and visually appealing online presence, adapting to new project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the web development team, implementing necessary changes to optimize user experience.

Amazon Marketing:

  • Build and optimize the brand’s presence on Amazon by creating and managing an engaging brand store.
  • Create and optimize product listings to maximize conversion rates and enhance discoverability.
  • Support Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bidding strategies and targeting to achieve maximum ROI.


  • Proven experience in Amazon and social media shop management, promotional campaign execution, graphic design, content creation, and Amazon marketing.
  • First-hand experience in Amazon PPC campaigns is a plus.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong content creation skills with adaptability to diverse project requirements.
  • Experience in developing and executing promotional campaigns.
  • Knowledge of web design platforms, including Shopify, WordPress, and Wix.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
