Rayno Window Film is a premium window film manufacturer and distributor looking for an Administrative Generalist to operate administrative and operational duties at our headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.

Rayno is looking for dedicated, full-time, immediate hire-ready candidates that work collaboratively together with our team.

The Employee’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • General office management
  • A/R and A/P management
  • COD payment tracking, collections, and payment reconciliation
  • Return roll handling and support
  • Approve, process, and keep an accurate record of claims from customers: shipping, warranty, payment, returns, and replacements
  • Warranty claim processing
  • Warranty card registration
  • Use phone calling systems, CRM systems, accounting, sales, and operations systems as requested by the Company
  • Receive and handle inbound calls – sales and administrative
  • Outbound calls for customer reconciliation
  • Hiring and firing personnel and performance review
  • Employee file updates
  • PR of the company for recruitment purposes
  • File claims finish claims and receive claim credit from vendors
  • Updates customer database with the most current information
  • Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
  • Office supply purchasing
  • Feedback on system improvements
  • Provides support for all other departments as needed
  • Follows guidelines, procedures, responsibilities, and policies

Experience

  • Quickbooks & Accounting
  • Computer skills
  • Punctuality, accuracy, flexibility, responsible individual
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Rayno Window Film Inc is looking for a Full Time Customer Service / Admin to join our team of a rapidly growing brand in the window film industry. The role consists of order processing, customer service, warranty resolution, receptionist duties, and general office maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers
  • Taking and processing orders, credit cards, CODs, returns, and replacements
  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers for orders, customer service, warranty issues
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Sorting/organizing office mail
  • Check runs to the bank
  • Adheres to all department/facility policies
  • Keeping records, maintaining files, databases, and inventory
  • Generating reports
  • Schedules appointments and meetings
  • May assist other staff members with their duties as workload dictates

Location – Chicago, IL / Orange, CA

Rayno Window Film Inc is currently looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to enable executing the automotive and architectural window film business plan and growth strategy.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

    • Establish sales goals by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
    • Develop and maintain metrics against annual sales goals, and present sales reports a weekly, monthly, and quarterly (i.e. growth, value add targets, opportunity management, budgets, strategy execution) to the management team.
    • Implement national sales programs by developing sales strategies and action plans.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    • Establish and suggest selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
    • Build up a sales network by hiring regional sales reps. across the country and provide sales training and leverage information and tools to help drive sales effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with regional sales and technical support reps. to ensure the quality of film product and service, and provide a solution for any technical issues.
    • Set up a regional office and warehouse in a strategic location for sales and operation, if necessary.
    • Design and implement different pricing schedule/strategies with various benefit programs for distributors and dealers.
    • Actively search for best practices (internal and external) for sales/marketing tools, processes and metrics and share with the Marketing leadership to help spur ideas for development.
    • Develop sales training resources and programs.
    • Monitor the achievement of sales goal by the sales team and evaluate performance of sales staff.
    • Oversee warehouse operation in different locations to improve inventory accuracy for handling all new P.O., sample request, and handling existing inventory to reach sales goal.
    • Collaborate with the Corporate office for new hire training, on-going re-enforcement, and product launches.
    • Make periodic assessments on training needs by traveling with regional sales reps., observing sales encounters.
    • Anticipate and identify opportunities that can help sales teams achieve business goals.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • 5+ years Commercial, Sales Operations or Marketing experience in window film industry required.
    • Ability to quickly develop a broad understanding of the Rayno organizations and credibility across sales and leadership.
    • Creative – Not constrained by the way things have been done traditionally; open to broad range of concepts/ideas.
    • Results oriented – Manage effective execution of plans to meet demanding timelines for corporate programs.
