Job Responsibilities: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating existing and new customer sales, and for increasing account penetration and market share. Your specific duties in this Inside Sales Representative role will include:

    • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
    • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
    • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
    • Ability to translate technical jargon for the average customer.
    • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
    • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
    • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
    • Maintains and expands client database within your assigned territory.
    • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements: We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives who are highly motivated, and who bring a great deal of energy and commitment to building a sales role within our organization. You should also display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to establish rapport and credibility with a wide variety of new and existing clients. Specific qualifications for the Inside Sales Representatives role include:

    • Professional Sales experience 1-3 years preferred.
    • Sales or technical knowledge of window film a plus.
    • Desire and ability to learn quickly.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • High degree of drive and motivation to advance within our company.
    • Experience working with Salesforce, Zoho or similar CRM.
    • Knowledge of order entry / enterprise systems, preferably Finale inventory management software.
    • Above average verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient using diverse computer databases for data entry; adept at working with Microsoft Word and Excel packages and Google operating system.
    • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
    • Must be honest, assertive, loyal and systematic.
    • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.

TITLE: Marketing Specialist

Based at: Rayno Window Film Inc in Elk Grove Village, IL

Rayno Window Film Inc is looking for a fun, humorous, active and web savvy person to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the team to develop and implement marketing and promotional programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills to be able to manage numerous projects with competing deadlines.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

    • Research, plan and build comprehensive social media content calendars for all channels based on brand strategy, trending, and timely topics.
    • Create fun and viral content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
    • Develop real-time activations by closely monitoring consumer conversation, emerging trends and social influences on a daily basis.
    • Research and identify key influencers, bloggers and online media in designated verticals for social influencer marketing campaigns.
    • Manage all influencer partnerships from initial engagement and outreach to negotiation to execution.
    • Develop, edit and promote video clips.
    • Utilize Google Analytics and social software to provide quarterly analysis on social programs, traffic patterns, user behavior and overall digital strategy effectiveness.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with WordPress and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, Content Management Programs and Email Marketing Software.
    • Video editing experience a plus, but not required.

TITLE: Sales Manager

Location – Chicago, IL / Orange, CA

Rayno Window Film Inc is currently looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to enable executing the automotive and architectural window film business plan and growth strategy.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

    • Establish sales goals by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
    • Develop and maintain metrics against annual sales goals, and present sales reports a weekly, monthly, and quarterly (i.e. growth, value add targets, opportunity management, budgets, strategy execution) to the management team.
    • Implement national sales programs by developing sales strategies and action plans.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    • Establish and suggest selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
    • Build up a sales network by hiring regional sales reps. across the country and provide sales training and leverage information and tools to help drive sales effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with regional sales and technical support reps. to ensure the quality of film product and service, and provide a solution for any technical issues.
    • Set up a regional office and warehouse in a strategic location for sales and operation, if necessary.
    • Design and implement different pricing schedule/strategies with various benefit programs for distributors and dealers.
    • Actively search for best practices (internal and external) for sales/marketing tools, processes and metrics and share with the Marketing leadership to help spur ideas for development.
    • Develop sales training resources and programs.
    • Monitor the achievement of sales goal by the sales team and evaluate performance of sales staff.
    • Oversee warehouse operation in different locations to improve inventory accuracy for handling all new P.O., sample request, and handling existing inventory to reach sales goal.
    • Collaborate with the Corporate office for new hire training, on-going re-enforcement, and product launches.
    • Make periodic assessments on training needs by traveling with regional sales reps., observing sales encounters.
    • Anticipate and identify opportunities that can help sales teams achieve business goals.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • 5+ years Commercial, Sales Operations or Marketing experience in window film industry required.
    • Ability to quickly develop a broad understanding of the Rayno organizations and credibility across sales and leadership.

TITLE: Warehouse Operator/In House Installer

Location – Chicago, IL / Orange, CA

Rayno Window Film is looking for a warehouse attendant and in house installer to work within our Chicago based headquarters. Qualified applicants should have at least a base knowledge of the window film industry, should have experience with warehouse organization and order filling as well as have the proper window tint installation skills.

Warehouse Operations Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and storing product.
  • Ensuring proper packaging and accuracy of film orders.
  • Loading goods on to trucks in a systematic procedure.
  • Following proper handling and cutting procedure of the goods.
  • Responsibility of conducting regular inspection of inventory and equipment.
  • Make pallets of goods and materials to put on trucks for transportation.
  • Verifying the loaded material with the order form given.
  • Coordinating and efficiently carrying out the orders of the supervisor.
  • Checking, counting and weighing of inventory.

Skills and Specifications:

  • Should have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently coordinate work with co-workers and take orders from superiors.
  • Awareness of the safety and official procedures for handling good and supplies.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet set targets and deadlines.
  • Optional Skill: Knowledge of using cutting machine to cut film rolls

Education and Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or a GED equivalent from an accredited institution. Forklift certification a plus.
  • Window film installation experience 1+ years or relevant experience
  • Technical savoir-faire of operating wind film cutting machine and of the general window film (tinting) trade including installation skills.
